To ensure the quality of our processes, we test the properties of our materials in our own laboratory according to standardized specifications.
Samples from each production cycle are examined for density and mechanical properties and the results are saved for long-term tracking.
Another area of our engineering takes care of the new development and improvement of the SLS materials used
in terms of mechanical properties and process reliability.
The latest development is the material PPFleX which, based on PA12, achieves mechanical properties similar to PP materials.
